i love this encouragement from sensei alot. and i think that it is the very one that i need at this moment. although it mentions some stuff about Buddhism inside, i think it is beneficial and applicable to all.

many things happened over this few weeks
happy n sad
both

but what is important is that we learn something from it
we learn from our mistakes
we then improve ourselves from there.

so based on the above encouragement, i would persevere on and complete the last lap of the race with glory(:
