A change of principal has caused our cca life to undergo a major crisis and change. it is causing her to have so much pressure. haix. y must there be a change and an implementation of a new system? It is just practically ostracizing some cca(s) and not all them to prove themselves. Yes they might not hav done it for the past year or years but it doesnt mean that they cant do it the next year. N if u take away the privileges, you are jus minimizing their chance of proving themselves and they would most probably b stuck in that vicious cycle unless something miracle happens. N it is causing people who are nt up for that post to be put on that post as they do nto hav a choice. And it is also causing people to doubt their personal ability.
n hey. I assure u that u are not incapable. It is just the context of the whole thing that puts u at a disadvantage. But u tried ur best and there is nothing we can say or criticse about you. You put in ur effort to fulfill ur role and u did a pretty good job. So dont undermine urself ya?!
